1. Home removals

• Inventory Form
  Download one of our househould inventory forms from the link below. Complete this form and send it to the relevant email address found on the 'Contact Us' page. This form will then be used by our staff to generate your quotation.
• Pre-Move Survey
  Should you find that our inventory form does not cover your removal requirements, a Mini Movers consultant will schedule a visit to your home to provide you with a free non-obligation pre-move estimate. After drawing up an inventory of your belongings you will receive a quotation.
• Scheduling your move 
  Mini Movers will send you written confirmation of your booking once you have finalised your move date.
• Packing and Loading
  Your Mini Movers supervisor will handle your belongings with the utmost care and consideration during your move day. This includes: 
  - The use of protective coverings to protect your home and possessions, and 
  - Careful packing and loading of your goods into the vehicle.
• Delivery & Unpacking
  Your possessions will be delivered and unpacked with the same care they have been packed and transported. We can unpack according to your floor plan, and your detailed prescription. Any items disassembled by the driver and moving staff will be reassembled to their original state.

2. Office removals

We offer professional and fast office & factory removals. We have the capacity to handle any removal, large or small. Should you require it, we also offer after hours removals, with a minimum of downtime to your business.

Apart from taking care of your main office furniture, we will also pack all your valuable documents, files etc. into clearly labelled containers. With us, you will not run the risk of losing irreplaceable business information. In addition, we can dismantle and re-assemble all office furniture for you.

3. Long Distance Moves

You may select from two types of long distance moves:

• Priority Long Distance 
  Priority long distance is applied for urgent deliveries. Our truck delivers the goods directly from your home or office to the delivery address. This must be discussed and arranged when you are requesting a quote or on acceptance of the quote you have received.

• Part Load Long Distance 
  Part Load Long Distance is applied for less urgent deliveries. The goods can be picked up at any time during the month and stored for free in our storage until such time as the long distance trip is finalised. It will then be loaded on to the truck and delivered to the delivery address. You will receive a call when the truck is on route to the destination to inform you of the delivery date. 
  Long distance moves are normally done within the first two weeks of the month. 
  All our drivers are equipped with cell phones and are in constant communication with the office during the trip.
